Barns and Peaches

A couple days ago mom went Peach picking with a friend. She returned with 2 and a half 5 gallon buckets. So we have been busy canning and freezing peaches. Despite all the work we have been enjoying fresh peaches with our meals.
A pic. of most of the peaches.
The mess while peeling.

The finished jars sitting on the pantry shelve. Yeah!

Thankfully the tack room is done and the boys moved it away from our garage. I am most glad it has been moved. Not only was it blocking part of the garage, we were starting to look like red necks building it right in front of our garage door. But that is really nothing compared to the cowboy boots hanging on our fence. They were old retired boots and the boys had nothing else to do with them. People are starting to know us by those boots. "Oh, you are the people with the boots on the fence."(Pictures of the boots coming soon.)

After it was moved Joy, Thomas, and Grace put on some painting close and began painting. We painted it red. Grace grew bored of it shortly so I was dragged out to use her roller.
Thomas

Grace, don't you just see those muscles.

My sweet sis. Joy.
The whole crew.
