This week

This week has just flown by. The Mennonite church in the area had V.B.S. this week. Ty helped drive to pick up kids from the community. I helped teach 2nd grade (Thomas' class). Ty also helped teach Joy's class (5th grade). In my class we had a couple rambunctious children who kept us hopping. (Thankfully Thomas was not one of them. I am proud to say he was almost and angel.) The last night was the most hectic.

We have been doing a summer reading program at our local library. The kids had goal of a hundred books. They read one hundred and twenty before the program was over. It has been a lot of fun. Yesterday was our last day and we celebrated with a party. There was pizza and cake, games and prizes. All in all we had a pretty good time. We had to hurry home afterwards for out last night of V.B.S.

Dad and the boys have been busy today, mowing the lawn and building a tack room for horse stuff. We four girls will be cleaning and sewing.
So that pretty much brings you up to date down south.
Kay
