Raindrops, Rainbows, & etc.

I thought I would share a few [actually there is more than a few;)]random pictures that have been taken recently around my house.
A beautiful rainbow God sent to remind us of His promise.

Our chickens have started laying eggs! Clarification: a ton of eggs! :)

A couple of weeks ago the kiddos decided to dress up and play like Indians. I would have to say they were the most adorable Indians I have ever seen. But perhaps I am just biased. :-)

One Friday night us girls decided to curl each others hair. (These were the only two pictures that turned out.) It was so much fun! It is not everyday you can spend a hour curling your hair. The only sad thing was that my curls vanished by morning.

I have always admired pictures of raindrops. So the other day after it had rained I grabbed the camera and ran outside to see if

I could capture a few raindrops of my own.

My God, is a God of detail! He cares about every intricate point enough to create even a little raindrop for our enjoyment if we stop to look for them.

Recently my parents decided to go on a "get away" for a weekend. On Friday they headed to Amelia Islands. I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful pictures they took. Unfortunatly they were not able to take any with them in it. The picture above and all the ones below were ones they took.
