In anticipation for our company (Anthony, Jean, and Z girl) we decided to do some baking.
So yesterday mom and I baked all afternoon. We put on some background music and set to work around 1:30ish. The house smelled so good!
We made cinnamon rolls, bread, soft pretzels,

snack mix,
bread pudding,
and salted peanut chews.The soft pretzels was a new experiment but they turned out pretty good. If I do say so myself.
As usual after all that baking we had a lot of dishes to do. Thankfully we have a dishwasher but even then we had a lot of big pans to wash. Joy and Thomas were our wonderful dish dryers. :-)

We finally finished baking around 7ish. (we did stop and eat supper). It was so rewarding thinking about all that we had gotten done.

PS- usually I turn off the music you set to play because I can't listen and read at the same time (lol). But today, Canon in D was playing (one of my all time fav songs!) It really made me SO happy! :-) :-) :-)
