Valentines Day!

It is a family tradition to make Valentine cookies. I can't remember a Valentine without making them. After they are baked we all decorate them. It is so much fun! They taste delicious!

We brought some to our neighbor lady who turned 95 on Valentines Day! She is an incredible lady, Miss Esther still lives alone and has an amazing memory. She always remembers all of our names and everything we talked about during our last visit.
We also brought some to Miss Becky. I'm not sure how to describe Miss Becky. She has been such a challenge to me and to everyone who knows about her. Miss Becky is dying of cancer and despite all of the circumstances wants God to have all the honor and glory. Which He does have. She has way outlived all of the doctors diagnosis, but not Gods. Miss Becky is the most spunky determined lady I have ever met.

This is a picture of Miss Esther and us.
My Dad gave all of his girls a flower for Valentines Day! They smell so good! Thanks Dad.

Besides the fact that Feb. 14 is Valentines Day, the day is extra special to my parents because it is their wedding anniversary. They have been married for 28 years!
Happy Anniversary Dad and Mom! I love you!

I still love that picture of that rose! :) Enjoyed both your up-dates ~ although, not quite as much as I enjoyed you being up this weekend! It was wonderful to see you all again!

Take care...love you!

P.S. Let us know as soon as the baby comes! :D ..and also, we found a small black Bible after you left on Sunday - is it yours?

Yes the Bible is mine. Thomas borrowed it and forgot to return it.
Thanks.
