Savannah Trip cont.

So this post is long overdue but here it is at last. :-)A picture of General Oglethorpe. This was taken for my brother. Love you Ty
I loved the signs. They were so old-fashioned looking. I wish I could have snapped a couple more pictures of them. It would be neat if they still made all the signs like that.

Thought this smile was precious!

These telephone booths were so much fun. Unfortunately I couldn't take many picture since we were continually walking trying to see all the sights we wanted to get too.

This tree was over 300 years old!

It is rather hard taking pictures when people are walking so I got Dad and Joy to stop and look at me. :-)

Ty was not thrilled with the fact that Mom and I wanted to take so many pictures. Every time he noticed that I was going take his pic. he would put his hand in front of his face. This was as good as it got.

This picture was taken more for the cobblestone but I felt funny taking a picture of the road alone so I got them to walk on it for me. It was so pretty and unique.

I really like this picture of my parents! Love you two.

These are a few of my nature pictures.

This one and.......

this one are two of my favorites.

Along with the signs, the lamp post were really pretty!

We saw this old shack on one of our walks!

Savannah had so many big old buildings. I loved walking the streets and sight seeing.

These were twin buildings. A man made them for his twin daughters. He thought finally that since they were matching they wouldn't ague over them. They ended up arguing over witch side to live in. LOL! Poor guy!
This building was named "Buckingham Palace." I'm not sure why. But I thought it was simply beautiful and grand looking.

This is the unedited picture of the palace. I was really surprised with how it turned out.
I was literally 3 feet away from this bird. He was fearless of humans.

These parrots talked to use and waved at use. They were so funny. They were such a brilliant color. Absolutely beautiful.
Believe it or not these are still not all the pictures. But I think the rest will have to wait till later. I had a wonderful time on the trip and will always hold the memories precious.
Till next time.
Kay
